Amy Robinson grew up in a town of 900 people, moved to Chicago to be an actress, lived with a musician, did social work with the elderly and produced plays. All of which she plans to write about. Amy currently lives with her husband (that musician from before) in a beach town in Southern California, where she writes, watches too much TV and volunteers with homeless cats and dogs.
Amy’s foray into the online writing world includes a stint as the column editor (and writer) forFierceAndNerdy.com, and the occasional blog for TheWellfedMuse.com. Check out the blogs she’s abandoned over the years, Things I Learned from Ling Ling is mellow philosophical musings and adorable pictures of a cat. Additionally, Amy is a published poet and is currently working on a novel about time-travel, demon possession and cowboys.
